Officials briefing the press at the scene of a small plane crash at Penmar Golf Course near Venice, Calif., wouldn’t identify the name of the pilot who was injured, but it didn’t take long for word to get out that it was indeed actor Harrison Ford. The good news is that Ford left the scene “alert, conscious, breathing” and was described as being in “fair to moderate” condition.
It sounds as though engine trouble was to blame, and that Ford is lucky to be alive.
Many sent prayers, including a huge number of celebrities.
