As Twitchy reported earlier today, Judge Andrew Hanen used President Obama’s own words to justify his ruling temporarily halting the implementation of executive amnesty. Page 107 of the judge’s ruling notes that, “in formally introducing DAPA to the nation for the first time, President Obama stated, ‘I just took an action to change the law.'” These are the words of an alleged constitutional law professor?
Not much later in the day, the president reassured the public that although he believed he eventually would prevail, the law is the law, and the Department of Homeland Security would abide by the judge’s order.
We thought President Obama kept the law in his pen, next to his phone.
