President Obama was in Chicago this afternoon to sell his executive actions on amnesty, but circumstances required that he at least address the rioting in Ferguson, Mo. He denounced the looting and property destruction, but was met with a relatively slow clap when he declared that “those are criminal acts” that should be prosecuted.
