First we learned that a White House fence jumper unbelievably had made it through the North Portico doors of the White House before being stopped by the Secret Service. Next, we learned that the jumper had made it well past the front doors and all the way to the Green Room via the main hallway and East Room.
Oh, and yesterday, Fox News reported that there have been 40 incidents of barriers being breached over the last five years, more than twice what the Secret Service had previously reported.

We can all sleep better tonight knowing that the Secret Service managed to tackle two barrier jumpers who were trying to score better seats for tonight’s Concert for Valor.

@SegravesNBC4 @dcborn61 What is it about fences in DC that compels people to just blindly leap over them?

Because they can?
