Who was drunk, and armed, when they got arrested by police in Ferguson? This State Senator -> http://t.co/kNBemhyDSA

As Twitchy reported, Ferguson, Mo., was relatively quiet Monday night, but police did arrest state senator Jamilah Nasheed and one other protester who in a Vine were shown blocking traffic by kneeling in the middle of a road and performing the “hands up, don’t shoot” pose.
CBS St. Louis today reports that Nasheed refused to take a breathalyzer test, and also that the senator had a gun on her at the time of arrest.
Ferguson police confirm that Sen Jamilah Nasheed appeared intoxicated and had a gun when she was arrested last night.#stl@fox2now

Nasheed’s attorney Eric Vickers: Nasheed has a concealed carry permit for a gun and she carries regularly for her safety.#stl@fox2now

Just a reminder: attorney Eric Vickers is Nasheed’s chief-of-staff and was organizer of the Sept. 10 demonstration that had protesters flood I-70 to disrupt traffic.
Nasheed may have a permit for concealed carry, but to many the gun wasn’t a good look, since she’s also known for pushing anti-gun legislation.
What Exactky was Nasheed's lesson to #Ferguson protesters? Have a few drinks, while carrying a gun, kneeling in the street forcing an arrest

MO State Senator Jamilah Nasheed had a gun in her possession when arrested outside Ferguson police station. She's the next Wendy Davis!

So, Sen. Nasheed wants to make point to protesters to be peaceful… so… shows up to protest drunk with 9 mm gun & rounds of ammo. Classy.
