Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul was a keynote speaker at the Lincoln Labs Reboot conference in San Francisco this weekend. The conference promised to “bring together technical talent and policy advocates to turn ideas into deliverables for liberty.” Paul’s presentation focused heavily on the role of the private sector, and his office, along with Reason’s Nick Gillespie, tweeted highlights of his speech.
