IRS Commissioner John Koskinen testified before the House Oversight and Government Affairs Committee that it would take a long time to retrieve all of the Lois Lerner emails that were subpoenaed, but he never hinted that they had been “lost” in a computer crash or otherwise.
Rep Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) wasn’t buying that excuse then, and he’s posted the YouTube video to prove it.

@jasoninthehouse It's Federal law that they are archived for 5-10 years. It's IMPOSSIBLE to delete. 3 stage backup. Ask your own Sysadmin.
