The tense situation in Ukraine escalated today with what Russia is saying was a scheduled test firing of an intercontinental ballistic missile.
According to ABC News, a U.S. official confirmed the launch and said the United States was notified long before the current crisis in Crimea, per START Treaty requirements. The missile is said to have landed in a remote part of Kazakhstan.
Still, the question remains.
