Hillary Clinton hasn’t even announced that she’s running for president, so perhaps a small crowd at today’s “Ready for Hillary” event in Columbia, S.C., was to be expected. Still, as Slate notes, around 100 people showed up, and “plenty of chicken fingers, sandwiches, and meatballs are still left on the buffet table inside.”
