Texas gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbott: 'We already have a Promise Zone'

Apparently Texas is getting one of the first five of President Obama’s economic Promise Zones in San Antonio. In the meantime, the remainder of the state will have to suffice, according to gubernatorial candidate Greg Abbott.
