We’re going to guess that NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell meant to say that Vice President Biden was leaving a photo op with Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.), who was sworn in by Biden today to complete the term of the late Sen. Frank Lautenberg, who passed away in June.
