Rep. Nancy Pelosi started the day with some heavy Twitter trolling, crediting President Obama’s “strength” for the appearance of a way out of the corner in which he’d painted himself. Following the president’s speech tonight, during which he announced an indefinite hold on the congressional vote to take military action — the vote he’s been hoping to win — Pelosi praised Obama’s willingness to exhaust every option before using force, no matter how unbelievably small. Again, this is the administration that refuses to say if it would abide by a no vote of Congress.
Delusional. MT @NancyPelosi: Pres. Obama's leadership brought diplomatic solutions back to the table…

@NancyPelosi You really need to stop huffing your hair spray in the mornings.

@NancyPelosi #Obama and #DEMs are trying desperately now to spin Kerry's off-the-cuff remark as being the plan all along.

@NancyPelosi So, why did the #Obama administration spend much of yesterday trying to explain away #Kerry's remark as hypothetical?

@NancyPelosi was it #Obama's threat of an “unbelievably small strike" that scared #Assad?
