Baby got bike? Sir Mix-A-Lot cool with Seattle's cycle sharing program

We know that the Seattle Police Department likes to have fun with its outreach programs — just check out “Operation Orange Fingers,” its enthusiastic plan to use free bags of Doritos to smuggle guidelines on legal pot use into Seattle’s Hempfest. The police today teased that Sir Mix-a-Lot wouldn’t let them call the city’s bike sharing program @BabyGotBike, but the Seattle rapper says there’s no way he’d want to be on the bad side of the Seattle PD.

The police even offered “Mix” a ride-along, name-checking his 1988 track “Posse on Broadway.”
