Not many have stepped forward to defend Rolling Stone’s choice to honor Boston Marathon bomber with his very own cover, but author Bret Easton Ellis came out swinging, calling the backlash against the cover “moronic.” Several retailers have said they will not carry the issue, with CVS explaining that its decision arose “out of respect for the victims of the attack and their loved ones.” When will the families of the victims killed and maimed by Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother stop being so baby-sensitive, anyway?
