Holly Madison of “The Girls Next Door” and “Dancing With the Stars” tonight announced her engagement on Twitter. Marriage to Hugh Hefner wasn’t in the cards, but that’s OK, because Madison’s fiancée proposed to her at the top of the Ferris wheel at EDC Las Vegas, and it couldn’t have been more magical (she says). That means a lot coming from someone who once dated illusionist Chriss Angel.
