Severe weather this afternoon along the East Coast brought with it sightings of tornadoes and reports of flooding in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and elsewhere. The escalators in Washington’s Dupont Circle turned into waterfalls for this afternoon’s commute.
