With the entire city of Boston essentially locked down for the entire day, airspace restricted and public transportation shut down, the news delivered at this evening’s press update is not what anyone wanted to hear. Police say that bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev managed to flee on foot and is still at large, although he is believed to be in Massachusetts.

This kid is being aided and abetted; or he is underground in a hole/sewer somewhere. You can't get far on foot, no matter how fast you are.

So suspect two fled the scene on foot, somehow, eluding huge police presence. And authorities do not know where he is.
