@rickklein literally, amazing

Kudos to ABC News’ Rick Klein for a shining example of truth in reporting: no one cares what else Vice President Joe Biden had to say today. The AP’s Josh Lederman seems to have some idea what Biden was talking about.
.@VP #Biden on stapling green cards to #STEM diplomas: "Literally, I mean this literaly. Not figuratively, literally."

If we understand correctly, the vice president was speaking in support of legislation that would increase the number of green cards awarded to immigrants studying in the United States who graduate with advanced degrees in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, or STEM. If Biden has his way, those green cards will be attached physically to the diploma with a staple — not stuffed in an envelope together or paper clipped, but literally stapled.
We think that was the context. That, or this.
Biden just told Obama." You gotta be careful how you talk about broads, man. Literally."
