Plenty of celebrities’ names moved up and down Twitter’s trending topics list Friday night during the broadcast of the NAACP Image Awards, but for a while, it was an unfamiliar name sitting proudly at the top of the list. Vice Admiral Michelle Howard lit up Twitter as she was honored among the musicians and movie stars. Howard serves as Deputy Commander United States Fleet Forces Command and Director Combined Joint Operations from the Sea Centre of Excellence.
