Rep. Paul Ryan returned to the Capitol today to cast his vote on a federal spending bill, but the House floor looked a little bit like a middle school cafeteria to BuzzFeed’s Zeke Miller, who noticed some avoidance on the part of Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
