A week after Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello raged against Paul Ryan in an exclusive op-ed piece for Rolling Stone, Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider has jumped on the anti-GOP bandwagon, denouncing the use of the band’s 1984 single “We’re Not Gonna Take It” at a Paul Ryan campaign event Tuesday.

It didn’t take much arm-twisting to convince the Ryan campaign to comply. Ryan spokesman Brandon Buck responded with the one-line email, “We’re Not Gonna Play It anymore.”
Snider said there was “almost nothing” about Ryan with which he agreed, although he did manage to find some common ground.
"There is almost nothing on which I agree with Paul Ryan, except perhaps the use of the P90X."
