Following Mitt Romney’s campaign appearance in Chillicothe, Ohio, today, the Obama campaign press secretary said the GOP candidate’s comments “seemed unhinged, and particularly strange.”
Romney’s remarks reached a crescendo with the challenge, “Mr. President, take your campaign of division and anger and hate back to Chicago and let us get about rebuilding and reuniting America.” Romney, accompanied by Ohio Sen. Rob Portman, reached a large crowd re-energized by the announcement of vice presidential pick Paul Ryan on Saturday.
