The U.S. men’s beach volleyball team narrowly defeated Spain today following a controversial call by the referee in the U.S.’s favor. For Twitter followers, though, the controversial call came before the match even started, as Todd Rogers and Phil Dalhausser chose today’s outfits.
To be sure, there were a few fans of the look.
Others suspected nothing less than psychological warfare.
Most, though, felt a certain clown-like vibe.
