The House Ethics Committee has named four members to investigate allegations that Rep. Shelley Berkley, D-Nev., used her position to benefit the financial interests “of entities in which Representative Berkley’s husband had a financial interest.”
The seven-term Las Vegas congresswoman is running against Sen. Dean Heller in a closely watched race that could result in a Democratic pickup in the Senate.
The cloud of an ongoing ethics investigation over Shelley Berkley will make it much harder for Democrats to knock off Dean Heller.

Steering money to her husband? That sounds familiar. It looks like this swamp might be bigger than we thought.

What will Harry Reid say?
I imagine: Reporter to @SenatorReid: "So are you sorry Shelley Berkley is the Senate candidate now?" Reid: "That's a clown question, bro."
