Comedian Stephen Colbert wanted to be a bit ironic when he compared rental car company policies to gun policies. And, of course, it was done in a typical anti-gunner, lefty fashion.

Andddd the gun control debate quickly ensued.

If guns shouldn’t be protected by a document written 200 years ago, then your speech shouldn’t be protected either.

Same logic applies.

Apparently not.

You can’t have the First Amendment without the Second. Simple as that.

Sound horrible.

That’s why gun control groups were SOOO effective in the 2016 election cycle.
