Last night in Washington, D.C., Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim were gunned down outside the Israeli embassy. Their alleged murderer, Elias Rodriguez, made it very clear why he shot them: they were Jewish and therefore complicit in Israel's 'genocide' in Gaza.
This is, once again, a direct result of the intentionally inflammatory rhetoric of the Left -- including Congresswomen Ilhan Omar, AOC, and Rashida Tlaib -- supports and encourages. Every single college campus 'protest,' every pro-Palestinian march, every chant of 'from the river to the sea' led to this moment.
This is what the Let meant when they said 'globalize the intifada.'
And now two young people -- who were either engaged to be married or about to be, depending on reports -- are dead.
What did you think “globalize the intifada” meant?

It’s a pro-terrorist movement bringing terrorism to America.
We warned you this was coming, but people downplayed and diminished it. pic.twitter.com/inO3SUkWal
Time and again, the Left does this: they spew hateful, violent, outrageous rhetoric to advance their political agenda by any means necessary. And that includes violence. We saw this throughout the last decade as they screamed about Donald Trump being 'literally Hitler' and an 'existential threat' to democracy and freedom. They pushed not one, but two, unhinged Lefties to attempt to assassinate Trump.

It's only a miracle that they were unsuccessful.
Rodriguez, tragically, was. And now two families are forever shattered.
AOC released a weak-sauce statement condemning the attacks. She couldn't even bring herself to acknowledge Yaron and Sarah are Jews. But I suppose we should give her minimal credit for acknowledging the atrocity that she helped inspire.
Ilhan couldn't even be bothered to comment, and neither did Tlaib (probably because neither of them has figured out how to blame the Jews for these deaths yet).
If this were a shooting that claimed the lives of any other people, Democrats would be tripping over themselves to condemn gun owners, demand gun control, lecture us on 'white supremacy' and the dangers of 'MAGA Republicans.'
But since this shooter is one of their own, inextricably linked to their anti-Israel, pro-Hamas rhetoric, they're distancing themselves or keeping their mouths shut. Because, as always, this is (D)ifferent.
If there's any glimmer of hope in this nightmare of a situation, it's that the Democrats have once again damaged their party and handed Republicans an easy political win. By refusing to temper their rhetoric and remove the anti-Israel, pro-Hamas radicals from their ranks, they've handed the Trump administration carte blanche to continue removing Leftist visa holders from college campuses. Just yesterday, Marco Rubio proudly told Rep. Pramila Jayapal the administration will continue revoking the visas of campus protesters who harass Jews on campuses, who chant for the intifada, and who violate the terms of their visas.
And, once more, Democrats have revealed who they are and what they support. Loudly, proudly, and violently.
They have shown Americans exactly what 'globalize the intifada' looks like: the cold-blooded murder of two young people, simply because they were Jewish.
