Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press” this morning, Hillary Clinton continued to insist that a lingering FBI investigation into her is simply politics as usual. Apparently the entire FBI and inspector general are all Republicans.

I can’t control what the Republicans are doing. But I know what the facts are and I will just keep putting them out there. This is something that I think is very clear about what happened and I know it will be over and resolved at some point but I can’t control what the Republicans and their allies do, but I think it’s important for voters to know what are they doing.

She was right this past week when she used the phrase, “another leak.” There’s a leak for sure, and it’s coming from a presidential campaign that some used to think was unbeatable. Now there are legitimate questions as to how far Mrs. Clinton can go in her own primary.
