Signing up online for healthcare w/ the MD Health Exchange was easy. But I've been on hold for 1 hour & 7 minutes to confirm the plan.

So, the online sign-up w/ the MD Health Exchange is remarkably easy. But actually sealing the deal is a nightmare. Now, another call.

So, I was on hold for 1 hour & 17 for the MD Healthcare Exchange employee to give me a phone number to call. & that number was incorrect.

So, the MD Healthcare Exchange told me to call the provider. And the provider doesn't have a record of my application. This, a nightmare.

I just finished a call with the healthcare provider & they said I need to call the MD Healthcare Exchange again as they don't have my file.

And the provider told me that I need to call the MD Healthcare Exchange and ask for a supervisor so they can send my file ASAP.

The staffer with the MD Health Exchange confirmed with me that I was enrolled. The provider said otherwise. Navigating this is awful.

I used to work in Human Capital, so I get the complications with the files being sent over to the provider. I'll never forget those days.

The provider told me to ask for an escalation file. The MD Healthcare Exchange staffer had not heard of that term before. Sigh.
