“Traitors.” That’s what The New York Daily News literally called the 47 Republican senators who signed an open letter to the leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran warning that any agreement signed with President Obama without approval of the U.S. Senate is meaningless:

Got that? They’re calling Sen. Tom Cotton — a combat veteran of the Iraq war — a “traitor” for an open letter that just lays out the truth. Disgusting.

Vice President Joe Biden expressed his anger at the letter as well:

Dignity? Like this…

And here’s really the best idea — let’s have Cotton debate Biden over the deal:

That should go well for Dems.
