Berkeley, Mo. Police Chief Frank McCall just wrapped up a short briefing right now on his city’s investigation into the officer involved shooting of Antonio Martin on December 23 and one of the first things he addressed was the ongoing conspiracy theory (Twitchy coverage here and here) that Martin did not aim a gun at the officer on that fateful night:
