'Why wouldn't we?' Martha MacCallum asks 'common sense' question about returning Ebola doctors

How easy it would have been to put in a quarantine on all returning doctors – 3 weeks ago. Why wouldn't we? Seriously.

@marthamaccallum Martha yes a quarantine would be useful but this is limited now, what needs to occur is a complete change of protocols.

@marthamaccallum 2 wks ago CDC said 2nd nurse shd NOT have taken public transport. But 6 DAYS ago, it didn't tell ebola doc the same thing.
