As Twitchy reported, NIH director Dr. Francis Collins asserted that we’d have an Ebola vaccine by now if it hadn’t been for those meddling budget cuts. In other words, it’s Republicans’ fault. That bullcrap’s been parroted by many proud members of the lefty media, and it looks like the Democrats have decided to get some mileage out of it:
