Hollywood’s self-described anti-violence and pro-civility crowd sure can sound violent and uncivil when they set their minds to it, as Doug Ellin, the creator and producer of HBO’s “Entourage,” demonstrated when commenting on the “Duck Dynasty” controversy a week ago.
