Actor/director/filmmaker James Morrison (who played Bill Buchanan in “24”) seems pretty sure who is to blame for the HealthCare.gov fiasco, and — surprise! — it’s not the Obama Administration. Sounds like he and Oliver Willis would get along just fine.
