Business is booming for Connecticut’s health insurance exchange on day one. And by “booming” we mean “truly pitiful.” People are browsing, but they’re not buying.

Looks like Obamacare is super popular in Connecticut.

Not even two dozen signups in the first three hours and Access Health CT is tooting its horn? Up next: participation trophy?

So what has so many shoppers refusing to take the Obamacare plunge? Is it the great rates?

Or the shoddy website?

But wait … less than an hour later and the number of enrollments is up by a whopping two.
