Midler’s “some Christians ain’t Christian” gem came immediately after she accused Sen. Cruz of hypocrisy for having taxpayer-subsidized health care:

Just one problem: he doesn’t. As Sen. Cruz informed Sen. Durbin earlier today, while he is eligible for the congressional health care program, he is not enrolled:
