On Saturday night, Sarah Palin tweeted out Newsbusters’ article on Jay Leno’s ironic and hilarious joke.
Leno also called the president “Snoop Obama.” Snort!
Here is a partial transcript of his Friday night monologue via Newsbusters:
Well, this has become a huge controversy after it was revealed that the National Security Agency seized millions of Verizon phone records, and of course this has caused a panic among civil libertarians, constitutional scholars and cheating husbands everywhere. Oh my God.
How ironic is that? We wanted a president that listens to all Americans – now we have one. Yeah.
Awesome. Leno offered up another fantastic line:
Boom!
Haters gotta hate, natch.
Classy! Le sigh.
The non-bitter giggled madly at Leno’s zinger.
Perhaps he has nothing to fear from NBC. But, watch out, Mr. Leno! As Twitchy reported, Leno has not been holding back from rightly slamming President Obama and the IRS.
