“Real journalists” really, really want the story of the Sandy Hook father who was “heckled” by gun rights supporters to be true, even though it most definitely is not. There’s no basis for perpetuating the lie at this point, and even some lefty outlets like Slate, after watching the unedited video, are admitting they got the story wrong. Did CNN’s Anderson Cooper just get the memo? Tonight he tweeted that father Neil Heslin was “shouted down,” and then deleted the tweet.
That wasn’t so hard, was it?
Gun-grabber Piers “Musket” Morgan, outraged over the “heckling” incident that didn’t happen, is scheduled to have Heslin on his show tonight. Will Cooper pass along his newfound knowledge of the truth?
