Of course. Joe Biden spoke at the NAACP national convention in Houston today, because President Obama was too busy to do so. No time for you, NAACP! The lapdog media was in full swoon mode over Joe “clean and articulate” Biden.
And yesterday the media was giddy over boos for Mitt Romney, while ignoring those pesky applause that didn’t suit a narrative.
Seriously, though, Biden is pretty amazing on the stump.

Pretty amazing?
whisper whisper whisper SHOUTY SHOUTY SHOUTY whisper whisper RT @mckaycoppins: Seriously, though, Biden is pretty amazing on the stump.
— Cuffy (@CuffyMeh) July 12, 2012
That’s more like it. Still, that didn’t stop CNN, MSNBC and other media outlets from swooning madly. They really need to get some fainting couches on set.
Seems like CNN is spending more time airing Biden speech than many recent speeches from Obama.
— Josh Kraushaar (@HotlineJosh) July 12, 2012
You think some members of the press would question something from his speech. Like maybe this?
Biden ends speech to NAACP by praising the group for what they did for him as a "young kid in Wilmington, Del." Umm, what did they do, Joe?
— Sean Geary Higgins (@SeanGHiggins) July 12, 2012
But, no. That would interfere with their metaphorical panties-throwing.
Woman who booed Romney y'day at #NAACP is happier today and dancing in the aisle
— Bonney Kapp (@bonkapp) July 12, 2012
MSNBC and CNN having a collective orgasm over Biden's speech to NAACP, while my intelligence is insulted. #LNYHBT
— Mark J Landry (@MarkJLandry) July 12, 2012
MSNBC's raving about Biden's speech…"probably better than Obama could have done!" lol! Gave an anti-Romney church sermon…what lies?! !!
— Connie Riggs (@conniejeanriggs) July 12, 2012
Woman hands Biden her camera and he takes a photo of himself for her. Hilarious. I told y'all he is an old school politician!
— rolandsmartin (@rolandsmartin) July 12, 2012
The media also ignored the fact that Biden was addressing a bunch of empty seats.

Celebrities got out their drool buckets as well.
#POTUS #Obama didn't have to speak at #NAACP conference this year…because #VPOTUS Biden is KILLING IT!
— Star Jones (@StarJonesEsq) July 12, 2012
Wow. The NAACP just warrants the second gaffe-y fiddle, so long as he “kills it.”
Martin Luther Biden! #naacpconvention
— Arsenio Hall (@ArsenioHall) July 12, 2012
Oh, good grief! How offensive! What’s next? Joe Biden is the “first black vice president?” Arsenio also couldn’t resist slamming Romney yesterday.
@ArsenioOFFICIAL they gonna have one of those big hooks on the side like they used to have at the Apollo?
— Phil Walsh (@PhilipJWalsh) July 12, 2012
In a case of a blind squirrel finding a nut, Roseanne Barr actually retweeted this one.
"I mean, you got the FIRST mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean, that's a storybook, man." —Joe Biden #FAIL
— BLACK CONSERVATIVE (@blackrepublican) July 12, 2012
And more from the “unbiased” CNN.
@redstate @cnnnewsroom @cnn Interesting that CNN has @AnaNavarro on as "republican strategist" — she donated $1,000 to Biden's campaign!

And @CNN interviews two libs to analyze Biden's speech, one NAACP member, one La Raza. But there's no #bias.

Classic lapdog media.
