Instead of campaigning for Tom Barrett, the Democratic challenger to Republican Gov. Scott Walker in Wisconsin’s recall election, President Obama will reportedly be at Camp David on Saturday. There are probably just too many thingamajigs for him to deal with.
Tmrw Obama is in Chicago, mere miles from #wirecall, and rather than campaign for @Barrett4WI, he's flying to Camp David. #wiunion

Obama is skipping Wisconsin. Must not have much faith in Barrett winning. #p2 #WiRecall

Doesn't Pres Obama have to stop in WI before the recall? Seems to me that downsides to skipping greater than downsides to going. #wirecall

Amazing that #Obama could go to Minnesota today but not go a few more miles to #Wisconsin, on the eve of #WIrecall. He's left them for dead.

Don’t forget, DNC chair Debbie Wassmerman Schultz called the Wisconsin recall election a mere ‘dry run’ for Obama. It’s clear that Democratic confidence is not overflowing ahead of Tuesday’s vote.
