Roseanne’s knowledge of executive powers aside, reintroduction of the ERA would hardly be a groundbreaking act of feminist courage. It’s been introduced in every session of Congress since 1982.
Maybe Roseanne should forget the promises and stick to telling us why she’s running for president:
