Chelsea Clinton and City Council Speaker Christine Quinn will be appearing with a newly announced guest at a 92nd St. Y forum on women’s issues hosted by Glamour magazine.
The panel, “Running In Heels: Where Are The Women Candidates For 2012 — And How Can We Get More Of Them?” will be moderated by Clinton — now a special correspondent for NBC News — and will focus on how to get more women to run for office and to participate generally in the political process and the crafting of policy. It’s slated for Wednesday, March 28, at 8 p.m.
Also previously announced as appearing on the panel: Nicolle Wallace – Political commentator who previously served as communications chief during the presidency of George W. Bush and in his 2004 re-election campaign. In 2008, Wallace also served as a senior advisor for the McCain–Palin campaign.
