Defenders of life have been working tirelessly to hold the MSM’s feet to the fire when it comes to covering the horrific baby murderer Kermit Gosnell. It has been slow going, but it looks like cracks are starting to form in the barrier between the media and the truth.

“Nightline” co-anchor Terry Moran bucked his network’s trend this morning and acknowledged the existence of Gosnell’s house of horrors:

“Successful” is not the word we would have chosen for a monster like Gosnell, but at least Moran is no longer pretending the monster doesn’t exist.

Mr. Moran, you can change that.

Silence the crickets, MSM.

Tell the truth.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Mr Moran decides to give this a go, either a) he’ll kowtow to the wishes of his bosses and not report on it, b) he’ll give it a brief mention after much editing, or c) he goes all-in and we later find out he’s no longer on the air.

Thank him for breaking blackout – ENCOURAGE him to follow up. Don’t bash him for finally saying SOMETHING.

    • Joe W.

Bash him anyway. He’ll find a way to spin it in favor of the pro-abortion ghouls. They will say that if we totally unrestrict abortion, then these places will cease to exist and women can go to the local hospital or clinic and abort at 9 months if they want to. I’ll bet big bucks on it. In fact, I have already read such drivel from some liberal trolls on HotAir and other blog sites.

Good point Father. Reminds me of the attitude toward comedians for never directing their satiric stylings at Obama. Then when Jay Leno started peppering the Administration with jabs during his opening monologues, some of the comments over at Breitbart blasted him for waiting so long.

At any rate I think we overestimate the power these reporters have within their newsrooms. Some of the big names like Brian Williams or Diane Sawyer probably have enough pull to get a pet story on the air but Terry Moran? I’m imagining some lefty producer smirking at him, “Listen kid, you’re nothing more than a paid parrot. Just sit there and look pretty and eat the vegetables I give you.”

I’m looking at the comment sections for each if Twitchys Gosnell articles. It’s frankly telling when not even the usual choicer trolls are willing to roll on this issue.

      So true.

A few of the feminist blogs are doubling down on the guy but we already know feminism is a lie. So that’s not really news.

      • Tom Anderson

Tell them that the monster had a different clean, properly equipped, comfortable abortion suite for the white women. The need to defend a racist will make their heads explode.

  • Joe W.

As I predicted below, look at the Marcotte thread and see how these ghouls are spinning this. Outrageous, but totally predictable.

“The truth will set you free!”

Well, we know the left isn’t having any of that!

  • CitizenEgg

I replied to him that he manages to sound creepily impressed by Gosnell. Claims to be echoing C. Everett Koop on Kevorkian. Still creepy.

  • Garth Haycock

I don’t know if successful is the right word. Prolific seems more accurate.
