CNN’s Jake Tapper is a great supporter of our military, and earlier this week, he asked various airlines to help bring vets to Washington D.C. to see former Staff Sgt. Clinton Romesha receive the Medal of Honor.
Southwest Airlines responded initially:
@jaketapper Hey, Jake. Wanted to make sure you know we're listening, and at work to see what we can do. Say hi to Linda for us! 🙂 ^BT

But evidently, they weren’t able to fulfill Tapper’s request. So Tapper looked elsewhere:
So @SouthwestAir can NOT help bring vets + Gold Star families to Staff Sgt Romesha's Medal of Honor ceremony in DC. @JetBlue? @United?

And JetBlue expressed interest in taking care of things:
@jaketapper – We support our vets and are happy to consider the request. DM us the details and your contact info and we'll look into it!

@jaketapper We can't return DM until you follow. 😉 Would you mind DM us details and phone where we can reach you or assistant? Thanks.

Let’s hope JetBlue is able to make something happen. It would certainly be a wonderful way to honor our heroes.
Update:
Success! Both JetBlue and Southwest Airlines came through for the troops, vets and Gold Star families.
Both @SouthWestAir and @JetBlue will be helping defray costs for troops/vets/Gold Star families coming to DC for Medal of Honor ceremony
