Leave it to a labor coalition to class up a national day of remembrance. Pro-union group We Are Ohio, angry about yesterday’s passage of right-to-work legislation in Michigan, evidently feels that unions’ suffering at the hands of evil, anti-worker Republicans is akin to being bombed by the Japanese at Pearl Harbor. No, really.

On a day we should be honoring the memories of those who lost their lives for our country, We Are Ohio is selfishly co-opting Pearl Harbor for political purposes. Disgusting.

One of the results of all the wars, including WW2, that have been fought over the past 250 years is it gives people the right to choose to belong or not belong to a union.

If you are offering something of value and people find value in it they will happily join.

I went to their website to find an email or twitter address so I could shame them – but my browser warned me that most of their links are connections that are not to be trusted. I find that telling and hilarious.

In a nation built on individual rights, I find “RIGHT TO WORK” IS WRONG to be painfully ironic. Seems to me that a right to work without paying homage to a bunch of Union thugs is a God given right, no less than free speech or freedom of assembly. Why is the union against someone exercising their right to work? I know, unions don’t have a problem of people working, they just have a problem with people working and not paying the union it’s protection money. “Nice job you have there, be a shame if something were to happen to it.” Just ask the Hostess workers.

That’s stupid if anything Union people get mad when someone works harder than they do no body owes them a paycheck for milking it. I work hard regardless if I’m being watch or not because if I’m working hard it means I’m feeling good people work as hard as they are going to work wither they’re make 6 bucks an hour or 100 dollars an hour. My friend works at the post office she is in the union and she took on a new mail route & she’s doing it faster than any other male union guy that did this route before her so the union guys are telling her to slow down take more time at lunch so gee with the Post office so far in debt. these union guys might kill there job security one day I hope because milking it is not job security.
