Argh. We’re still experiencing heavy-duty election fatigue, but evidently, to some people, it’s never too soon to start planning ahead. Just one week later after Obama was reelected president, Buffalo News is already pushing for Hillary Clinton to fill the empty chair in 2016:

We’ve barely finished a bruising, expensive campaign for president, but it’s not too early to be thinking about who would make an excellent candidate for the presidency in 2016 – particularly if there is a conspicuously capable individual already on the political scene.

[Hillary Clinton] would bring vastly more leadership, experience and judgment to the White House, compared with its current occupant.

Not to mention laughter and wine tastings.

Buffalo News concluded:

For the country’s sake, and because she clearly is the best candidate, we hope the competing factions in national Democratic politics will coalesce to make her the nominee.

For Twitterers of all political stripes, the Hillary 2016 talk is happening way too soon:

Yes. Please stop.

Hillary, after Benghazi, has ZERO credibility now. DONE!

    • Kate

She has even less credibility as a “feminist” as well- championing women’s rights while staying with her sleazy cheating husband. Typical liberal hypocrisy.

      • Drue_H

One, Benghazi is still an investigation or do you know more than I do? Two, she is well respected by women for the very fact that she looked beyond her husbands penis to decide whether or not to stay with him. Had she thought any other way, she would have made all us women nothing butt boobs and twats. I have a brain and would rather be judged by that than with whom I sleep. Typical of conservatives to be so ignorant.

        • Teresa Davis McCormick

she is not well respected by “all” women. And don’t you know that saying something like “all women” think a certain way makes you as sexist as anyone. Women have been thinking for themselves a long time now. We don’t need help from a liar like Hillary Clinton. Who cares who her husband slept with? If you honestly think that is why most conservatives don’t like her then you are so far in the weeds you will never find your way.

          • KhadijahMuhammad

            Well, good point.
It’s important to note that when the GOP dislikes a particular Dim, the Dims NEVER consider the possibility that we just think their poltiical views suck. It’s always because we’re racists, or sexists, or stupid, or whatever.
Note to Drue: We found out that big, centrally planned nations don’t work when the USSR failed and China moved to a hybrid with a market economy. Not to be deterred, Libs then started pointing to France and Germany as proof that big, noncentrally planned policies could work. Well, now THAT’s blown up as well. All the big government types can look to for “success” nowadays are a bunch of tiny population northern European nations whose reality is so different than the US that comparisons are laughable.
We reject Dim policies for no other reason that they have historically failed to deliver prosperity persistenly.

        • KhadijahMuhammad

          1) She took the “it was the video” line on Benhazi in public statements. We already have sufficient discovery to show that neither State nor CIA ever beleived this internally.
          2) I can think of no better way to hand young people over to the GOP than for the Dims to nominate a 70 year old dowager for POTUS.
As a sensible woman, I suspect that Hilary understood that when she lost 08 nomination to BO, her window had closed. That’s likely what made the Sect of State offer so attractive.

She will be 69 in 2016, does anybody not think that is too old to be president? I am not an ageist but she would be 74 at the end of her 1st term

For crying out loud. Give it up already, will ya? She has no chance in hell after 4 more years of the ass we have now.

    Please!
She can’t do the job she has now! Why on earth would anyone with the good sense God gave a billy goat want her in a position with even more responsibility?

Promoting incompetence is one of the few things lib-progs do well.
Other areas lib-progs have mastered; campaigning, lying, raising red herrings, and spending money earned by someone other than themselves.

She would have had a better
chance if the idiot would not have been re-elected. We are going to end up with
8 years of total failure resulting from an incompetent Liberal. Do you really
think they are stupid enough to vote in another clueless Liberal moron to screw
    it up even more?

    • Drue_H

what failure………..I have asked conservative after conservative after conservative to debate me on policy and all they can come back with is Limbaughisk rhetoric that has no basis in reality, no statisics to back it up and I’m sort of tired of asking. What can you say?

      • Teresa Davis McCormick

sniper fire in Bosnia?? What else has she lied about. Quite frankly if she’s a Clinton and her mouth is open..then it’s a lie.

  • JustLikeAnimals

The Dem version of “buyer’s remorse” with Obama re-election. Hahahaha!!! Live with it, liberal dumbasses.

  • Jack Deth

Hillary has uglied up quick. Will be pushing 70 by 2016. And her legs are STILL on upside down!

She’s a Shaolin Mistress when it comes in house, inter departmental coups and cover ups. But she’s just too old and mangy for another run.

  • louisiana_mom

This is how the Destructive (Democrat) Party operates, 5 minutes after one election they are already working on the next one…

  • Kate

Man, Hillary has aged horribly. I can’t believe she is only two years older than Ann Romney!

    • conservativechick

Oh, that is a good one! I didn’t ralize that. See what nasty, angry liberalism does to a person?

      • Drue_H

no Kate, that’s what public service instead of maids, cooks and no stress does to any person.

        • Teresa Davis McCormick

if you had 5 kids and MS, i would hope you would be able to hire help. Maybe she should have just went on Welfare so you liberals could look up to her. When did making a buck mean you’re evil? And she apparently created more jobs than anyone in the Obama admin. just by hiring house keepers and cooks. So shut up Drue

        • KhadijahMuhammad

Oh, you think that Hilary was cooking supper all those years in the Arkansas govenors mansion?
          Please.

  • http://www.facebook.com/brett.mcmicken Brett McMicken

fitting that she would be endorsed by the “buffalo” news

    • Teresa Davis McCormick

yes I was wondering that. Doesn’t that throw a news agency’s credibility out the window when they “endorse” any candidate? I think so,.

  • http://www.facebook.com/brett.mcmicken Brett McMicken

remember, when we were told what a bad thing it is to have political dynasties? of course, that was when it was talk of jeb bush running for president. there never seems to be a squawk from liberals about the kennedys or the clintons.

    • Drue_H

No, I don’t remember that. I do remember thinking, not be told, that W. was an idiot stick figure puppet for Cheney and his ilk and that the last thing we needed was any republican in office.
