Oh no she di’int! Today on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Barack Obama’s illustrious deputy campaign manager claimed that “over the past, you know, 27 months we’ve created 4.5 million private sector jobs. That’s more jobs than in the Bush recovery, in the Reagan recovery.”
Is that so? Cutter must have spent the past 27 months in another dimension, because she’s sorely mistaken. The American Enterprise Institute’s Jim Pethokoukis set her straight:
3 years into Reagan Recovery, 9.8M jobs were created (w/ smaller population). 3 years into Obama recovery … 2.7M or 4M, depending

There is no metric, no matter how tricksy, that will make the Obama recovery look better than the Reagan Recovery

I think Obama should try to sell that "My recovery is better than Reagan's " line. Sell it hard

Stephanie Cutter may not have much to offer by way of honesty, but don’t ever let anyone try to tell you the lying liar who lies is good for nothing. After all, Ms. Cutter inspired evil genius Iowahawk to create the #StephanieCutterFacts hashtag game, and for that, we’re most grateful.

What time is it when Stephanie Cutter opens her mouth? Time to get a new spokesperson. But not right away — we’re enjoying the gigglesnortage way too much to give it up just yet. More, please!
