'Wind bag': After decades of failed Dem policies, Rep. Cummings vows to 'make things better' in Baltimore

Last night, as Twitchy reported, Democratic Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings had a very bad night.

He was back again on the streets of Baltimore and met with slightly better success.
