It couldn’t happen to better people!

Twitter users have been noticing that press secretary Clown Carney’s job is absolutely horrendous for a while now.

But does he? White House Obamacare flack Tara McGuinness is in the running!

Heh. You’re welcome.

There is little sympathy for the lying pair, however. Soul-crushing jobs for flacks and hacks? Schadenfreudelicious!

And some exit advice for Ms. McGuinness.

Snickering madly.

  • Marcy Cook

I don’t feel sorry for him. He is part of the problem. And, he can resign anytime he wants.

    • snowleopard (the true one)

He accepted the job, and its now his responsibility to handle it, problems and opportunities alike. As you stated, he is free to resign at any time.

      • rssllue

He should just mess up really bad at his job and then instead of resigning he will be “fired” and given a high ranking cabinet position like Obama always does with anyone who he uses as a buffer or scapegoat.

    • lainer51

Why does he look like such a little lying weasel? The only one more difficult to listen to is his boss!

  • thedumbblonde

    “all legitimate congressional oversight”?

    • therealguyfaux ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

      “No TRUE Scotsman…”

    • Slam1263

The Benghazi hearings must not have been legitimate.
And people wonder why I keep saying that we need to keep this fraud in office.
The longer he stays in, the deeper the Dems hole gets.
      /no, that’s not an innuendo.
//but I like you filthy mind.

  • WhoMeToo

“Jay Carney has the worst job in the world” And he DESERVES every nanosecond of it.

  • JeffWRidge

People shouldn’t worry too much about Tara and Jay’s jobs being hard. They either ignore the criticisms, or lie about them. It’s second nature for them.

  • ceemack

These Twitterers pre-suppose that Carney and “Tara” have consciences.

Let’s just say that this is a fact not in evidence.

  • I.M.Hughman

I feel sorry for all the Americans suffering under the rule of this Buffoon!
Obama has proved himself incompetent, inept and simply unqualified.

    • RLEE

Have you been on a leftist site like say the daily beast? you wouldn’t fill sorry for them long!

      • nc ✓s & balances

There are plenty of people who never voted for these people who are suffering plenty. Out of work, part time work, thrown off health insurance into exchanges. Too bad the bad policies couldn’t only affect those who voted for them!

  • LJPJ

I have no pity for either of them. They knowingly lie, mislead, misdirect and malign their opponents on a regular basis. If they choose to continue in these jobs knowing precisely what they are doing, they deserve whatever they get.

  • arttie

Both are Baghdad Bobbing the American public.

  • Acethepug

I don’t feel sorry for Carney at all. If it bothers him, let him quit. It obviously doesn’t bother him enough, so I have no sympathy.

I would say the worst job in the Obama Administration would be for an honest man (assuming there are any at the highest levels, and not in the trenches). THAT would be soul-crushing, seeing lies and deceit being rewarded constantly from “the most Transparent Administration.”

  • Matt

“Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

    Worst job: Nancy Pelosi’s psychiatrist.

    • RockThisTown

2nd worst job: Anthony Weiner’s psychiatrist.

  • RblDiver

Would he rather be the press secretary for the leader of the Saints, answering questions like “What’s the right context for, and I quote, ‘I’m the patron saint of America, we should probably look into changing the Pledge of Allegiance to “One Nation under Me?”‘”

  • Mister A

I love the completely self-unaware final statement to that tweet from @healthcaretara : “Don’t believe everything you read on twitter.” Read as: “what I just said isn’t the truth.”

    • therealguyfaux ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

Then you get into the old conundrum of “All generalizations are faulty, generally speaking– including this one.”

But hey, for her to say that does show a bit of lack of foresight in what effect it could have: “Then why should I believe anything you’ve said, Tara? I mean, it’s not like you’d have any reason to tell me something other than the unvarnished absolute truth, right?”

  • Canadian in USA ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

Jay Carney’s been spinning for this buffoon for over 5 years now. If he truly didn’t want to do it, he should have quit by now. I do not feel sorry for him one bit.

  • twistedgenius

Tara And Carney, A match made in hell. Both spin doctors for the Community Organizer.

  • Liz

To Jay: Please add the disclaimer that 80% of the people that have gotten insurance on the ACA web portal have been dumped into Medicaid. Maybe we can figure what our tax increase will be with one of these wonderful calculators that the Feds have provided us saps, the middle class!!!

  • Right Wired ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

I think of at least one other job, which involves Nancy Pelosi’s health care, that would be worse than this.

  • Chevypowered

I bet both Jay and Tara both in their respected dark corners of their homes going “Damn, I thought I could get more with my 30 pieces of silver!”

  • rcyanc

Wonder how it must feel to be the worst of those that could fill the position of the worst job in the world? I hear Keith Olbermann may be available if the Carnyval Barker quits.

  • Al’s Sad Grampa ✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

It’s all about perspective. Those with even a miniscule amount of integrity believe that Carney has the worst job because he willingly lies in exchange for a six figure salary. For someone who has absolutely no integrity, getting paid to lie is probably a great job.

  • constitutionminded

Does Carney ever look in the mirror and see Bagdad Bob looking back at him?

  • JD Son

They could be under the influence of something, so they don’t even notice the criticism. And Obama could have an invisible bubble so he can deflect everything and keep spouting the same lines all the time.

  • OpenTheDoor

Think I would rather free dive for turds in a cesspool than have Carney’s job.

  • Ben Bollman

At least they have jobs and also probably overpaid ones at that.
