That’s right! Once again the official White House Twitter feed is being used to sneer at and troll the GOP. Now with more beclowning claims!

The official White House Twitter account then tweeted that out.

Wow. Self-unaware much?

The schooling from citizens was swift and spectacular.

Double zing!

It would be funny, if it wasn’t the painful truth. A little more truth for the White House:

Precisely. CBS’ Mark Knoller called out the president for that very thing with flashback-quotes.

Words matter? Unless they are inconvenient truths, of course. Right, White House?

WH: ‘Extreme members’ of GOP are ‘reckless’; Mark Knoller smacks Obama with flashback quotes

‘It’s. The. Law.’: White House sneering tweet rubs Obamacare in faces; Boehner, citizens blast

  • Texan357

“Please stop making your tweets partisan.”

I don’t think it takes any effort. I think the correct request is for them to make their tweets nonpartisan. That isn’t this administration’s style, anyway. The Left only wins by dividing Americans; it’s all they know. “United we stand…”

“As opposed to say Obamacare? Please. “

    Exactly, Father.

  • Slam1263

Wow, did it really take 5 years for people too tire of this?

    • tops116

      Took me five seconds.

  • Magnifico

Please explain how cutting entitlement spending threatens private sector growth. We’re listening.

    • The Penguin (Happy Hanukkah)

You nailed it dude. Was gonna comment but this is it totally. Nicely said.

    • MarcusFenix

You beat me to it. +1

    • therealguyfaux

They’ll howl that if you don’t put cash in the hands of the people out there, they won’t have it to spend in the private sector to spur that growth.

Funny how allowing people to have more money in the first place, by cutting taxes, accomplishes the same thing so far as private sector growth is concerned.

But then you don’t have redistribution, if you do it that way.

      • bungopony

And you don’t have an army of dependants, another of bureaucrats,co-dependants if you like, as a locked-in vote bloc.

        • therealguyfaux

Cloward-Piven strategy = get as many people on some sort of government program as it is possible to do, and get as many social-work school grads administering these programs. At best, it collapses the system quickly, and then, revolution– at worst it’s full employment for bureaucrats and an underclass becoming ever larger through birth, immigration, and impoverishment by loss of employment, the loss coming from inability of businesses to function in the over-regulated state, hence more being let go than can be hired. Either way, they win.

      • Magnifico

Yup….love that argument. Redistribute wealth so that the takers will spend what the producers would have spent… if buying an XBox, rather than expanding employment, is a net gain.

    • BlahBlah

      It does because racism!!!111

    • Jason Gary

Because “liberal.” When you’re a hammer, everything looks like a nail, and Obama’s administration is a hammer that bucks conservative policy simply for the sake of bucking conservative policy. If a liberal has to use a shoe-wedge to jam a half-truth or fallacy into their argument, by golly, they’re gonna.

  • John Howard

Well if ANYONE is an expert on narrow ideological agendas its the present Whitehouse.

  • Unicorns and Rainbows

“The House GOP budget “advances a narrow ideological agenda that threatens our economy.”
Alright libs, you have your talking point. Start repeating it endlessly…

  • alanstorm

    More WH sophomainia.

  • MarcusFenix

I just don’t understand how hard it is to follow the very basic philosophy of spending less than what you earn. People do it all the time in the private sector, so why does the government have such a problem?

I already know the answer…this is more rhetorical than anything else.

Until we can reign in these mass spending programs and start being fiscally responsible, I can’t say the government running out of funds is going to hurt me. I say let it shut down for a while and maybe those knuckleheads on the Hill will figure it out.

    • Eric D. Mertz

Simple; if the government spends less than it earns, then it has to stop funding either the vote pumps that keep the incumbents in power with OPM or it has to stop funding things like the Military and the National Parks. Our congress has decided to have their cakes and eat them too.

    • The Penguin (Happy Hanukkah)

The core problem is Big Government. Our forefathers enacted provisions against it. True patriotic statesmen warned us against it. History has proven it to be the downfall of Empires. THIS is the problem. We The People are not of concern…just sayin’.

      • MarcusFenix

Absolutely. Government has grown far and wide outside of the vision the founding fathers had, and has become an overgrown and bloated crapweasel.

The problem with Goliath is….we don’t have a David to respond. I’m not really all that on fire about some of the GOP/conservatives that are in Congress now, and unless something drastic happens, that won’t likely change.

        • David Raineri-Maldonado

          Yes, we do…Stand with Rand!

          • MarcusFenix

I don’t mind Rand…but I’m not fully convinced he’s worth 100% commitment yet. He is clearly better than most of the ones up there, I’ll allow for that.

Maybe I’ll come around at some point, but…I’m not totally there.

  • CO2 Producer

    Style points: 0.

But portraying itself as a parrot of its sycophants is beyond the concern of this administration.

  • Acethepug

Remember how GW Bush demonized his opponents? What, with the assassination film, the Comedy Central “That’s My Bush!” series, the comparisons to Hitler, and … what’s that? He didn’t act like a grade-schooler and attack his enemies at every opportunity on the bully pulpit?

No, no, no, that CAN”T be so, gentle reader. After all, the Media tells me faithfully how Obama is non-partisan, and I remember the Lightworker himself saying there were no red states, no blue states, just the United States of America, and …

Hunh, so Obama is a mean, spiteful child of a man. Thanks, low-info voters, for putting this narcissistic twit in office twice, now!

How’s that Hope and Change working out for you?

    • ObamaFail

They got a raise in welfare and food stamps. The low-info gutter trash are fairing very well. But imagine their surprise when the checks stop rolling in once Obama runs the economy into the ground. They’ll start rioting, and being low-info gutter trash won’t be blaming Obama for it either.

  • BoscoBolt

Whatever. Just one more reminder that obama is not a “president” for all Americans – he is only “president” to the most ignorant, uneducated and uniformed of society.

  • ObamaFail

16 stats that put claim of a “healthy Obama economy” to shame. Only an idiot thinks things are getting better under Obama. And for the Libs to now try putting blame for Obama’s policies on the GOP is pathetic and shows how weak the left is as a whole.

  • ObamaFail

Census report leaves myth about “recovery” under Obama in shambles.

  • ObamaFail

Obama has even admitted that under him, 95% of income gains have gone to the wealthy. Mr. Republicans Care Only About the Rich but I Care About the Poor has made sure that the rich stay rich and the poor become even more poor.

  • Junie3

Defunding this train wreck is probably going to bring us together, more than divide us.

    • Jeremy

I agree. The Democrats believe they will come out of this stronger but,I think it will backfire on them.

  • BlahBlah

Please WH aides, stop giving your children access to the official Twitter account. It is not helpful except for trolling value.

    • tops116

At this point, maybe the children should be running the official Twitter account. They couldn’t do any worse than their parents.

  • Steve_J

    Did Putin approve that tweet?

  • Jason Gary

Twitter has allowed idiotic 19-year-old future-hipsters to follow the White House, so of COURSE the WH twitter account is going to exploit that. It’s all just one big cool-kids lunch table over there… juvenile and unprofessional, at best. At worst, petty and self-aggrandizing.

  • tops116

“The House GOP budget “advances a narrow ideological agenda that threatens our economy.””

The Obama Administration and Democrats are attempting to advance a deeply unpopular bill that they won’t even put themselves on.

    • Jeremy

  • Jeremy

The people who are so worried about the GOP being blamed claim it was a disaster for them when the Government was shut down back in 95 which is a lie.
